Universal Aminos prioritizes the safe and reliable delivery of all research peptides by utilizing high-quality, vacuum-sealed packaging designed to preserve product integrity during transit. Orders are typically processed within one to three business days following verification, and customers receive tracking information once their order has been dispatched. Due to the specialized nature of research peptides, all sales are considered final upon shipment and are not eligible for routine returns or exchanges. In the event of a damaged shipment or incorrect product, customers must notify Universal Aminos within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a review. International customers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local import laws and regulations before placing an order.
